11 March 2026 Pepco Group N.V. Dividend payment information The Annual General Meeting of Pepco Group N.V. was held today with all resolutions passed. The Board declared a dividend to shareholders for the financial year to 30 September 2025 subject to the shareholders approving the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts at the Annual General Meeting. As the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts were supported by 95.61% of votes at the Annual General Meeting today, the dividend will be paid as follows: • Dividend amount per share: 9.6 Euro cents • Total dividend paid (€m): Expected to be EUR 53.2 million • Dividend record date (the day on which eligibility for the dividend will be determined): 18 March 2026 • Ex-dividend date: 17 March 2026 • Dividend payment date: 8 April 2026
