PRAGUE, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Developer Orco Property Group
(ORCO.PA) (ORCOsp.PR) said on Tuesday it agreed with Millenius
and three other companies to end legal disputes linked to its
capital hikes.
"Millenius, Fideicom, Clannathone and Bugle have formally
and irrevocably agreed to withdraw from these legal proceedings
and abandon the positions they took during the course of these
proceedings," Orco said.
Orco made three capital hikes in April, diluting the stakes
of shareholders who have called on the indebted developer's
chief to resign.
