Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier on 24 January 2011 and passporting

the Company’s press release published on 25 April 2011), NYSE Euronext Paris admitted the
2,020,000 ordinary shares of the Company issued in April 2010 to trading on the regulated market of
NYSE Euronext in Paris as of 28 January 2011.
