Nonferrous metal producer Impexmetal is mulling the buyback of shares in copper plant Hutmen. The latter company's share price surged after publication of the news, closing with a 21-percent gain. The holding company explains that Hutmen's decision is a strategy to cut losses, as the company is not doing well at the moment.
