Daimler AG is building a new car plant in Kecskemét. The greenfield investment worth 800 million Euros (220 billion HUF) will provide employment for 2500 people. Mercedes will make new generational cars within a compact motor vehicle class with low consumption in Kecskemét. The production starts in 2012.
Daimler AG has already started the selection process of its suppliers. The decision was to outsource the payroll services of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Ltd.’s employees. Tenders were invited for the service from which VT-SOFT Software Ltd. who has great experience in payroll outsourcing won.
VT-SOFT started to fulfill tasks immediately after winning the tender. The development of an advanced technological background to support the service is already under way. On completion of the system the personal and wage data needed for the payroll will arrive automatically from Daimler AGs’ German central HR system into VT-SOFTs’ system. The data will be stored here and the payroll social security tasks be done within the OPUS program system.
VT-SOFT will provide a holistic outsourcing service according to the agreement which contains the payroll, labor tasks and social security related tasks, so basically everything related to wage payment in the Kecskemét plant.
