player: "Preparing Shaders.....takes a bit but as the developer had mentioned only once per boot. It's worth it I imagine as the couple hours I have put in, it has ran very well and combat feels good. Story has grabbed my interest with good dialog so far. Choices between classes seems like good variations so far. Will keep revising as I play."

dev: "Just remember - shader compilation is done only once . And it gets rid of stuttering and some other issues. It is only done again if you change the graphic settings. That's the only exception :-)"
