OCT system examines the cross-sectional layers of retina such as macula or optic disk, and is effective to diagnose retinal diseases such as AMD, Glaucoma or Diabetic Retinopathy that rank high for the cause of losing vision. The new product "Spectral Domain SPOCT-HR, is a top end model of "Spectral Domain SPOCT". By scanning the cross-sectional layers of retina in short period of time, it prevents image lacking caused by fixation disparity or blinking and enables observation of accurate and high-resolution tomograms that are required when diagnosing retinal diseases.
