For shareholders: In a first step, please complete the attached fact sheet (doc) with the required information in order to enable SUPERIOR INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL GERMANY AG (SII AG) to settle the offer under the DPLTA.
Then, please send the completed information fact sheet either by email to dplta@supind.com or fax +49 (0) 63 22 / 9484 - 481, or by postal service to SUPERIOR INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL GERMANY AG, c/o UNIWHEELS AG, Investor Relations, Gustav-Kirchhoff Str. 10, 67098 Bad Dürkheim, Germany. Please note that the completed information fact sheet must be received by SUPERIOR INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL GERMANY AG not later than the end of 23 April 2018 to receive the compensation. This period of time is only extended by an initiation of an appraisal proceeding under German law with respect to the amount of the compensation.
