While focusing on product quality, the management of AGRPLIGA GROUP PLC employs the systematic approach to ensure the safety of production.
Thus, in early April of this year the first stage of certification on the principles – HACCP – 4161 (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) was completed.
After obtaining this certificate we started the preparation of production facilities and the control system for the second phase that is the certification in accordance with ISO 22000: 2005.
For this purpose, in August and September of 2015, during the scheduled shutdown of the plant the integrated modernization of the oil presses and reconstruction of production halls were carried out and the basic requirements of this standard were met.
The work resulted in the successful completion of the certification audit conducted by LLC “Novaya Vodolaga Agrokom” at the end of November. During the audit, the certification commission confirmed the compliance of the management system with the standard ISO 22000: 2005, and also appreciated the high efficiency of manufacturing process.
At the ceremony of the receiving of the international certificate, CEO Alexander Berdnik said, “The successful implementation of the project of certification ISO 22000: 2005 will influence positively the Enterprise’s reputation and strengthen the export position of AGROLIGA GROUP PLC as the management system standardized in accordance with ISO 22000: 2005 is the prerequisite of fruitful international cooperation.”
