of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 24 September 2013
The WSE Management Board informs that on the end of day on 27 September 2013 the period of six months will elapse from the date on which a decision on change of bankruptcy of the company BOMI S.A. with possibility of entering into arrangement into bankruptcy with liquidation of company's assets became final. Pursuant to Article 91.9-10 of the Act on Public Offering (…) dated 29 July 2005, upon the lapse of this period, the legal effect takes place by operation of law releasing the issuer from the statutory obligations under the Act arising in connection with the admission of its shares to trading on a regulated market in the Republic of Poland and withdrawing its shares from trading on this market.
