Orco Property Group - Major shareholding notifications
Orco Property Group S.A. (“OPG”) today received notifications of major shareholding changes from Crestline Ventures Corp., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, with its registered office located at P.O. Box 3159, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and from Gamala Limited, a company incorporated in Cyprus, with its registered office located at Akropoleos, 59-61 Savvides building, Flat/Office 102, 2012 Nicosia, Cyprus.
Crestline Ventures Corp. acquired 12,056,281 OPG shares, representing 11.18 percent of OPG’s issued share capital and voting rights.
Gamala Limited acquired 10,264,208 OPG shares, representing 9.51 percent of OPG’s issued share capital and voting rights.
Crestline Ventures Corp. and Gamala Limited, acting in concert, jointly hold 22,320,489 OPG shares, representing 20.69 percent of OPG’s issued share capital and voting rights.
OPG notes that pursuant to Crestline Ventures Corp. and Gamala Limited's press release of 18 October 2012 "this investment [is] made in a friendly and long term perspective".
