Betreff: Information request about Swiss company 'Ratikon AG'

Hi,

I have a question about a Swiss company 'Ratikon AG',
The company became the major shareholder of another public company ('Serenity S.A.' registered in Poland),

Looking at the Swiss ZEFIX register online, I can see only one company named 'Rätikon Immobilien AG in Liquidation' so I suppose it's not this one,
Is there a way to check if another company with name 'Ratikon AG' has been set recently, or mayb the one in liquidation started doing business again?

The only publicly name which is known behind the 'Ratikon AG' business is Dr. Dieter W. Neupert.

In the central Business Names Index there is no company registered with the name „Ratikon AG”.

By searching for names, in the cantonal registry office in Zürich there are some companies where Mr. Dr. Dieter W. Neupert appears in the list of board of directors.
